Terms & Conditions - Camp de Reves Glampsite Ltd

Arrival and Departure

Tents and Shepherd Huts are available from 3.00pm on your arrival and should be left clean and tidy by 10am on your departure to allow us to prepare for the next guests. During the low season, we may be able to offer an early arrival or later departure, subject to availability, however we cannot guarantee this. Guests are welcome to leave luggage in the oak frame prior to arrival or for collection on departure.  We would appreciate it if you could advise if you will be arriving later than 5pm midweek so we can make provision for this and supply you with self check in information and a luggage trolley.  The weekends are self check-in only unless prior arrangements are made.

The property may only be occupied for the purpose of a holiday and by the agreed number of the guests at the time of booking. If you wish to amend the number of guests in your party, this must be agreed in advance of your stay. When booking please confirm the number of guests (including infants) either by letter or email. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

No visitors are permitted to the site and the facilities are for residents only. If you would like a visitor please do let us know in advance so we may look to accommodate your request.

Camp de Reves caters mainly for families, couples and small groups and it is the right of Camp de Reves to refuse large group bookings if we feel that this may be of detriment to other guests staying on the site.

Kindly note, the shepherd huts are for use by adults only and sleep a maximum of two – children are not permitted in the shepherd hut field.  We would also ask that children do not play immediately alongside the shepherd huts in the main field in order to respect the occupants’ privacy.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Those under 18 years old are not permitted to stay unless a parent or guardian is also staying in the same unit.

Medical Insurance

Please remember that there is no NHS in Guernsey, however with effect from 1 January 2023 there is now a reciprocal healthcare agreement with the UK which will enable UK visitors to access emergency healthcare upon presentation of ID, see gov.gg/rha for further information.  In addition, since Guernsey is not part of the EU, the E111 or EHIC cards which entitle carriers to reduced cost or free medical care are not valid here. Hence it is important that you take out medical insurance for the period of your intended stay.

Please ensure all persons included on the booking are aware of these terms and conditions, thank you.
